How to customize email templates?
You can make the changes in the content of existing email templates as per below:
Login to the system & Click on left side menu >> Email Templates" button.
Click on ""Edit Template""
Make the required changes & Click on ""Save"
Note: Please don't make any changes in the system defined variables which has been mentioned in the curly braces {} as these are the defaults value picker.
