How to confirm pending bookings?

STAAH Max - How to confirm pending bookings?

The properties can confirm pending CRS and BE bookings. The Confirm booking button is now available in the advanced booking module.

When will the property manually confirm a booking? 
  • The payment was declined, so the property contacted the guest
  • The guest makes payment through another method (cash or bank transfer).
  • The property can then mark the booking as confirmed
  • Once confirmed, the booking is processed as per normal

Where can the button be found?

Once the booking is opened via the advanced booking module, you will find the option in the bottom of the booking.
