How to update Update Restrictions via Bulk Update?

STAAH MAX V2 - How to update Restrictions via Bulk Update?


This option allows you to update Restrictions via Bulk Update.

How to update?

While logged in, Go to Settings > Bulk Update


  1. Select the restriction that needs to be updated
  2. Set the date range
  3. For StopSell, Close to Arrival & Close to Departure - Do not forget to choose either “Apply” or “Remove” before selecting the date range
  4. Click '+' button to add more period/date range
  5. Click '–' button to remove period/date range
  6. Enter all required details and click on 'Submit'.
For Room Level Set-Up (On Base Rates)
1. Click on the room name on which restrictions needs to be updated and Click Next 



2. Update the restriction in the boxes and click on Submit.
A room level stop sell when applied, stop sells all the rate plans linked to the room.

For Rate Plan Level Set Up – For a Particular rate plan/ channels

While logged in. Go to Settings > Bulk Update
1. Click '+' button on the right side next to each room type name.
2. List of channels and rate plans will be displayed
3. Select Channels/rate plans for which restriction needs to be updated
4. Click 'Next'.

5.  Update the required restriction/tick the required boxes and click on Submit.


Note - If a particular channel's name is not shown while applying restrictions through Bulk Update, this means that the channel does not accept restriction update via STAAH. In this case, the restriction must be applied directly on the channel's extranet.
