STAAH MAX V2 - How to Cancel a Reservation Made From the Booking Engine?
To cancel the booking, you would require Delete Password. Please contact Local Support if you need to know the password for your property.
How do I cancel the booking?
While
logged in. Go to Advanced Booking Search.
1. Search the booking you want to
cancel
2. On the action tab, click on the X
button. You will be promted with the cancelation Policy and if you want to proceed.
3. Enter the Delete Password
4. Click Submit
