3. Choosing the functionality Import New Hotel, you will only need the URL of Booking.com for the system to preload the content and the information of the hotel:

4. Once all the information has been loaded, the page below will be shown. At this point, you will be able to choose if there is anything you do not want to import and modify data.

In this moment you will need to introduce your Channel Manager as a Channel Manager.

Clicking on NEXT, after filling in the last requested information, the hotel will be created and will take you to the dashboard on the Roibos Extranet.

At this point is important to complete the information requested and review each one of the sections.

• Although we use Booking.com import it’s necessary to check the information loaded in Rooms, Services and Images.

• Descriptions: insert your accommodation description via AI which will be displayed to your distributors into 9 different languages.

• Rate Plans: the creation of the rate plans depends on the availability of Booking.com. Create all the rate plans that you want to have available on Roibos Marketplace. These will then be mapped against your channel manager.

• Cancellation Policies: whenever the system recognizes a refundable rate the default Roibos cancellation policy will be created (0-2 days before check-in, 1 night’s charge).  If the hotel only has NRF rates no cancellation policy will be created.

At this moment, our hotel must be validated by the Roibos Support Team.

Finally, it’s necessary to complete the last steps: Channel Manager and Last checks, to go LIVE.

• Credentials: copy the credentials and use them in your channel manager to connect to Roibos.

• Mapping: map rates, rooms, and regimes using this mapping codes.

Then you will need to send us the Prices and Inventory through your channel manager. Verification will be needed to continue.
