Issue a cash voucher from STAAH Max Channel Manager against the booking cancelation

Sometimes guest need to cancel their reservations due to unavoidable circumstance, like sickness, flight cancellations or other unavoidable circumstances, this could result in the Guest losing out, being very cross and upset (Could result with bad reviews) if the Hotel is unable to refund the payment due to cancellation policies. To deal with this situation we have created a solution that allows properties to issue a cash voucher for a booking cancelation, giving the guests a chance to return, while the room can be resold to someone else.

Kindly get in touch with you Partner Service team to comple the integeration with the Voucher & MAX Integration. Then we  can proceed with the below step.
 

STEP 1: Open the property at Max extranet >> Click on “Advance booking search” >> Click on ‘cancel’ button to cancel the booking >> Click on “Issue Cash Voucher” >> Modify the details as per need >> Click on “Save” button.











STEP 2: System will give you a voucher reference number which you can copy or make a note of and search in the voucher system. Please refer to the below screenshots for the same.
