Why is Booking.com showing as 'Disconnected' on STAAH > Channels page, though the channel is mapped & LIVE on STAAH?
This happens when the contract has not been signed by the property with Booking.com yet.
Each time the
property visits the channel mapping page, our system checks whether the
contract has been signed with Booking.com. If not, we display the contract sign
pending page as shown in below screenshot.
Once the property signs the contract, the pending page will disappear, and the connection will be shown as Connected.
The property can get
contract sign email again using the button 'Click to resend contracting email'
in our UI as shown in above screenshot.
