STAAH MAX Channel Manager is able to generate Reports that you require for operations and planning. You may also generate Booking Lists / Arrival Lists using the Search & Export option in the BOOKINGS tab.
INSIGHTS
Here is an overview of the two tabs in the module: Insights, Reports.
Insights:
BUSINESS OVERVIEW
- The Business Overview is an overview of production within the last two weeks, with the ability to select different date ranges.
BOOKING ENGINE (BE) ANALYTICS
- The Booking Engine Funnel on the left gives you a list of visitors and conversion by percentage. The right shows the exact number and pages they visited.
- The number of visitors in the first tier relates to the number of people who visited the Booking Engine. They clicked Book Now and visited the BE.
- The number of visitors in the second tier relates to the Active Visitors. These are the people who actually clicked on a room or searched multiple stay dates.
- The third tier indicates the number of people who have continued onto the guest details page, which is where they enter information like personal details, name and address, etc.
- The last tier shows the number of people who have been converted into confirmed bookings.
CHANNEL INSIGHTS
- The Booking Report shows you the bookings you have received.
- The Availability and Rate Report shows your availability and rates you have set for particular dates
- The Room Type Wise Booking Report displays productivity for individual or number of bookings received – e.g. all standard room types.
- The Promo Code Production Report shows you number of bookings for a specific Promo Code.
- The BE Package Production Report allows you to view your productivity (or how much you earned) and the number of bookings received from that package on your Booking Engine website.
- The Lead Time Production Report shows how far in advance people are booking for your property. This helps your Property to set specials, promotions and rates.
- The Booking Extras Report is for add-ons. You can look at how they performed, how many people added add-ons to their booking, and whether you should add any other extras.
- The Channel Rates Report shows rates currently loaded for all rooms and offers linked to a specific channel.
Criteria for our counts
Please note, we don't consider cancel bookings in the channel insight report , so as per BE analytics reports 18 bookings were confirmed. 2 bookings were cancelled from the extranet so on channel insight report it shows 16 instead of 18
BE Analytics > This is to track traffic, so it is tracking and providing data on traffic to the booking engine, therefore it will consider everything.
Channel Insights > This is a report on production, therefore cancellations are excluded. You will not include cancellations as this will be incorrect for room nights, the revenue report etc
OPPORTUNITIES
- Booking.com tailors opportunities specifically for a property. The API allows STAAH to retrieve data and option for property to action them quickly in a few simple clicks/ steps via channel manager extranet.
MARKET INSIGHTS
- Booking.com has introduced a feature that providers more insights to what bookers are searching for in your region via Booking.Com.
Reports:
ACTIVITY LOG
- A monitoring and security mechanism that shows you a log of activity for everyone who has accessed the extranet and task performed.
BASE RATE DATA REPORT
- See at a glance what room types are available. You can also view rates and restrictions loaded so you can adjust plans and increase sales.
BE PACKAGE PRODUCTION REPORT
- Are your packages delivering the right bang for their buck? This report gives you a performance overview of bookings, room nights, revenue per room and total revenue earned per package type set up in your booking engine.
BOOKING CANCELATION REPORT
- Its important to keep your booking system up to date. To helpy ou Stay organized, you can also generate a report Of all cancelled bookings sorted by either arrival date or
cancellation date. This report can help you keep track of cancelled bookings , and ensure that everything is in order.
BOOKING REPORT
- See all your revenue sources in clear light with the booking report. This report shows you the channels that got you the booking, number of room nights and revenue, helping you craft an effective marketing plan.
BOOKING EXTRAS REPORT
- Which of your extras are popular and getting the desired results? Find out from the Booking Extras Report that records all add-ons booked.
CHANNEL RATES REPORTS
- A report that gives you an overview of availability and rates per room type for every channel. It also shows your applied restrictions like Drip feed, Stop-Sell limits and Minimum Stays.
CREDIT CARD LOGS
- A security feature that shows you the log for people who haveviewed credit card information for guests via the extranet.
ROOM REVENUE REPORT
- Understand the demand for your inventory better with this day-wise break up of total bookings and revenue per room type.
GUEST REPORT
- This report records all details about the guest and reservation, including name, contact details and number of bookings made for each guest.
LEAD TIME PRODUTION REPORT
- Do you get more conversions at a shorter lead time or the other way round? Find out using this report and become smarter with planning your promotions to keep room inventory moving.
NEWS LETTER SUBSCRITION REPORT
- Know what bookers have opted to receive your newsletter. This report provides you with the information you need to send material to the guest.
PROMO CODE PRODUCTION REPORT
- How did your promotions fare? Which promo codes got more bookings? This report gives you an overvievv of bookings, total room nights, total toorn revenue and total revenue per promo code set up.
RATE PLAN PRODUCTION REPORT
- Want to know what rate plans on OTAs are producing? Which rate plan is producing the most revenue? The rate plan production report enables you to view this data.
ROOM TYPE WISE BOOKING REPORT
- Which Of your room types are more popular? Which ones got more bookings and a higher revenue? See it all in this report.
ROOM REVENUE REPORT (Only available on group level)
- We have implemented a new report at the group level named "Room Revenue Report". It will display 3 things "revenue, bookings and room nights" of selected properties and channels. It will not have a website and CRS in its channel list, only OTAs will be displayed.
