STAAH MAX V2 – What is email sender? How is it useful?

We are excited to announce a new and improved to the Email sending service. The Email sending enables email notifications generated via Channel manager to be sent using your own email address.This new Email sender feature allows properties to select their own email address as the sender, for email notifications generated by STAAH.

Key benefits of using your own email address as the email sender? Using your own email address as the sender for business communications offers several benefits:
1. Brand Consistency: Using a consistent, recognizable email address (e.g., mailto:yourname@property.com) helps reinforce your brand identity and fosters trust with recipients.
2. Customer Trust: Recipients are more likely to trust emails coming from a branded, personalized email address rather than from a non-descriptive one, which can reduce the chances of your emails being marked as spam.
3. Professional Appearance: Emails sent from a custom domain appear more polished, making your business seem more established and reliable.
4. Easy Brand Recognition: Custom email addresses are easy for customers to remember, especially if they are associated with the business's name or service (e.g., mailto:support@property.com), fostering more direct and efficient communication. These advantages contribute to building a stronger, more professional image for your business.

•        Email verification: Email must be verified for service to work
•        Monthly subscription fee applies 
•        Email sender will apply to all emails sent by Channel manager (CRS, Booking engine, secure payments, OTA bookings).
 
 
Where is this feature?


1.      Login to MAX extranet > Mega menu > Property settings > Email registration

2.      Select ‘Get Started’.

3.      Enter the Email Address you wish to use for communications > Save & Proceed

4.      Review and accept ‘Terms & Conditions’ > Proceed. 


5.      Once selected a verification email will be sent to the registered email address. 


6.      Simply check the inbox of the registered email address and follow prompts.
7.      Email verified – you are all set to go. Going forward all communications will be sent with the registered email address


Additional information:
•        Email sender will apply to all emails sent by Channel manager (Stayview, Booking engine, secure payments, OTA bookings).
•        Charges apply for this service. For more information contact sales@staah.com.
•        Once enabled, charges will be added to your next invoice.
•        When service is enabled/deactivated, an email is sent to accounts@staah.com and sales@staah.com
•        To change the email address after email is verified. Simply deactivate the service to restart the process by clicking the ‘Active’ button (e.g the email used is no longer in use)

•        To change the email address prior to verifying. Simply select ‘Re-enter email (e.g incorrect spelling)
