STAAH MAX V2 - Bagaimana cara membuat kode promo

Promo codes allow you to give a code to your bookers, giving them access to a special offer or rate.


Want to know how to add promo codes on STAAH MAX?
Login to the extranet > Setup > Promo Code.




• Klik ‘Add’ 
• Add Promo Code 


• Follow the instructions and add information
      o Promo Name
      o Discount label (optional): Set a label to display on Booking Engine when a promo code is added.
      o Promo code – this is the code that the booker will enter on the Booking Engine.
      o Amount/type of discount (if applicable)
      o Validity period (optional) – the dates the discount is available.
      o Specific days: ability to apply promotions to specific days of the week, default is All days.
      o Counter (optional) – limit the number of orders made using the promo code
      o Payment (optional) – You can choose to collect credit card or invoice at the time of booking. Credit card is the preferred method. Default is based                      on package settings. Card collection for promo codes will take precedence over package settings. 
         Save


• Edit: allows you to make changes to an existing promo code.
• Delete: option to delete the promo code, this will remove it from the group and individual properties.
• Select Packages: select the package to apply the promo code.
• Counter: Allows you to view counter settings, and orders received.
• Discounts are based on the package price at the time of booking.
• Fixed price promo codes; it is recommended to create a new package and apply the fixed price in the additional costs of the package (e.g. Weddings, where there is an agreed fixed price).
• Option to create a link with a promo code applied. This will open Booking Engine with the price/package linked to the promo code – please contact your designated partner service team for assistance. Fixed and Non-Fixed supported
      o Fixed – the booking engine link includes the promo code, but is not visible to the booker – so it cannot be edited/fixed. Get the Booking Engine link via the extranet > promo code module > fixed promo code URL.
      o Non Fixed – booking engine link includes promo code. Promo code field is visible in Booking engine, booker can delete promo code. Get URL from Booking engine widget module (Setup > Booking Engine > Booking Engine Widget)

• Setup > Booking Engine > Booking Engine Widget (harus membuat kode promo terlebih dahulu)
• Ikuti petunjuk
      o Pilih View – Package atau Room
      o Pilih package atau room untuk disertakan dalam widget, jika tidak ‘Select All’
      o Masukkan nama skrip – ini akan membantu Anda mengidentifikasi skrip setelah pengaturan selesai (pada halaman widget Booking engine)
      o Pilih Kode promo dari menu tarik-turun
      o Simpan
• Dapatkan widget atau URL klik ‘Ikon skrip Booking engine’.


Groups
• Pilihan untuk membuat kode promo di tingkat grup. Masuk ke daftar grup Setup > promo
• Proses yang sama untuk pengaturan
