STAAH MAX V2 - TripAdvisor – V8
TripAdvisor has introudcued a new and improved
connection known as V8.
Setup:
• Login to extranet > Channels > Swiftbook > Meta Partner
• Once the page opens click on ‘Meta Partner’
• Select Meta Configuration > enable ‘TripAdvisor Toggle
A setup wizard pop up will display, follow prompts:
There is a short simple wizard to complete
1. Taxes:
• All taxes setup in extranet are visible.
• Click ‘Next continue
2. Mapping info – complete all fields
• TA Property ID: Enter Tripadvisor ID
• Platform: Select platform to connect to
o Trip Connect Integrates with STAAH booking engine Cost per click Bookings via your own booking engine. For more information, go to https://www.tripadvisor.com/TripConnect
o TripConnect Instant Booking Integrates with STAAH channel manager Pay for Stays Bookings via TripAdvisor using channel manager connection. For more information, go to http://www.tripadvisor.co.nz/InstantBooking
• Accepted Card types: Select card types supported at your property
• Check-in/Check-out policy: Enter Check-in/Check-out policy
• Other Policy: Enter other policies (i.e pets allowed, booking policy, child policy)
• Smoking Policy: Enter smoking policy
Additional information:
• Tripadvisor supports single currency – we will pass property’s base currency.
• Multi OTA listing ID not supported
