STAAH MAX V2 - Travel Agent & Corporate Travel Module (TACT)

Login to STAAMAX Extranet.


Follow below steps to set up Travel Agent configuration:


Go to MAX extranet setting menu. You will find Travel Agent  & Corporate Travel option under the Booking Engine tab.




Once you click on ‘Travel Agents option, it will open the Travel Agent module.

Below options are available:
  1. Add Travel Agent/Code
  2. View Travel Agent Details
  3. Delete Travel Agent/Code




If you have already created Travel agent promo code, then you can add the travel agent.

If there is no code created, then we can do that while adding a new Travel Agent. Just select the ‘Create TA code’ option, as shown in below screenshot:



Alternatively, TA code can be created from “Corporate/Promo” menu.

If you click on Add option you will see the “Travel Agent Code” option. Here you can create TA code.




Fill in all the details on below screen, and SAVE.




After Travel Agent Code is created, go to BE > Travel Agents module > Add Travel Agent


We will check the travel agent email during the adding process (below screen).


If email already exists, we will fetch the details of that travel agent, else property needs to fill all other information for adding new Travel agent on below screen.




Once TA profile/code is created, it needs to be linked to an existing package or create a new package as shown below:

Travel agent can login using below URL



After logging in successfully, Travel agent will be redirected to the booking reports page. On this page, they can see all the bookings they have created using travel agent portal.



There are various search filters on this page. Using those filters, they can search for specific bookings.

If there is an issue like promo code is linked with Travel Agent, but that promo code is not valid or expired, then below page with be displayed:


Forgot password:

Travel Agent can reset their password using the Forgot Password option available on the TA Portal. We will send an email with details on how to reset the password.
