STAAH MAX V2 - How to manage OTA Promotions


OTA promotion feature allows a property to setup promotions for supported channel(s) via MAX extranet.

Where is this feature found?

Login to MAX Extranet > Setup > Channels > OTA promotion





Get Promotion – enables property to pull in existing promotions created on OTA extranet.

  • Properties that manage multiple OTA listings can select what listing to pull promotions from.
  • Select Get Promotion>Select applicable OTA Listing



Add Promotion – ability to create a NEW promotion. 


How to add a NEW promotion?

Click on ‘Add Promotion’ button

Add promotion name > select channel > select promotion type > click on Next button


  1. Channel will only be an option to select if connection is enabled in channel manager
  2. You cannot combine setup for multiple channels
  3. You need to setup each channel separately

  1. Activity logs indicate when a promotion is created/updated.
