STAAH MAX – What is email sender? How is it useful?

We are happy to introduce ‘Email sender feature. Currently all booking notifications generated via STAAH, using a dedicated STAAH email address.

This new Email sender feature allows properties to select their own email address as the sender, for email notifications generated by STAAH.

                                                                                                                    

Where is this feature?

  1. Login to MAX extranet > Setup > select ‘Email sender’.
  2. Property to accept the disclaimer to proceed with setup.
  3. Enter the email address you want to send notifications from > hit SUBMIT.
  4. A verification email will be sent to the entered email address.
  5. Please follow instructions outlined in the verification email.
  6. Once verified all notifications are sent from the chosen email address.


Additional information:

·         Email sender will apply to all emails sent by STAAH (Stayview, Booking engine, secure payments, OTA bookings).
