What is an Update Log?
Update Log displays all the changes related to Availability, Rates, and Restrictions made by users for a particular Stay Date.
How do I view the Update Logs?
While logged in. Go to Availability Calender > Rules > Logs.
Click on the “file” icon below the inventory/rates for each room type to view details.
Reading the Logs
The log heading displays the date and room & rate plan for which the update logs are displayed.
You can find the history of changes done (rates, inventory, restriction) and the source.
Sources:
PMS updates – if using the PMS interface
System updates – upon receiving confirmed/canceled booking
User updates – username and module will be shown in the log
