STAAH Max V2 - Channels Tab

We are currently enhancing the Channel Mapping Module to improve usability and streamline the workflow. Our goal is to make the process more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring a smoother experience for all users. 

The release will be rolled out in stages. The first phase focuses on the Mapping Details Page, featuring a refreshed design and layout aimed at improving usability.
  1. New Design & Layout
  2. Integration Categories
  3. Preferred Channels are given preference and listed separately at the top (If not connected)
  4. All Available Integrations are displayed directly on the page—no more need to add from a separate selection.
  5. Meta Channels are now listed individually rather than grouped under a general "Meta" label.
  6. Pilot Integrations:
    1. Clearly marked with a "Pilot" status.
    2. When property clicks on the tile, pop-up with message indicating pilot phase and if they are interested in participating, to contact designated support team member.
  7. Option to search integration based on category.
  8. Meta Partners are now listed individually.
  9. 3Private API Partner (i.e., Elivaas), the partner’s name will be indicated below 'SwiftBook'.

Where do I find this option?
'Channels' tab can be accessed from 2 places, as shown in below screenshot:




What are the options available?


  1. Search Channel - This option is used to search a channels on STAAH.

  2. Units Mapped - This option shows the units (rooms/rate plans) mapped with existing channel on STAAH.

  3. Manage Rates - This option redirects user to the Availability Calendar, from where one can manage the channel rates.

  4. Bookings - This option shows you all the bookings received for the channel

  5. OTA Promotion - This option allows you to manage the OTA Promotion for the channel ( Available for Selected channels )

  6. Reviews - This option enables you to manage the OTA Reviews of the channel ( Available For Selected channels )

  7. Logs - Channel log of the selected channel can be viewed using this option.

  8. Displays existing channels mapped on STAAH
