This feature allows a property to set promo code at group level for multiple/all properties. Promo codes set at group level will be applicable on the group booking engine

 How to setup up group promo code?

1. Login to MAX extranet using Group login > Settings > Promo
   
2. Click on ‘Add’ to create a promo code
   
3. Follow prompts and add information
   

1. Name - Promo name to be entered here
   
2. Discount label - Add a label to display on Booking engine when promo code applied
3. Promo code – This is what the booker will enter on the Booking engine
   
4. Discount amount/type - Can be 0 if no discount is applicable
5. Apply Validity (optional) – Dates promo code can be used
   
6. Apply Counter (optional) – Limit the number of bookings made using promo code
   
7. Promo Group – Assign promo code to a group of promo codes (example promo codes for regular corporate travelers can be clustered with Business Traveler Promo group).
   
8. Payment (optional) – You can choose to collect credit card or invoice at the time of booking.
   

1. Edit: Allows you to make changes to an existing promo code
2. Delete: Option to delete promo code, this will remove from group and individual property.
   
3. Select Packages: Allows you to select properties and packages to link with promo code
   
4. Fixed promocode url: Option to generate Booking engine link for a promo code
   
5. In Property extranet, group promo codes are indicated with green icon.
