This product can be offered to STAAH properties subscribing to Swiftbook. It is a tool to help properties drive more direct bookings via their own website/ booking engine. The widget displays the lowest available rate searched, properties have the option to offer either a discount or value add if customer book directly using WMR.

Once enabled, you will be able to view the product on the STAAH extranet under Booking Engine.

1. Enable Pop Up – Enable this if you would like the widget to pop on the website every time the page is loaded

2. Hide WMR – Enabling this hides WMR when a promo code has been applied

3. WMR Comparison Widget – Select this option when using Swiftbook

4. Corporate Code – Enter a unique Code that would help in tracking WMR reservations (only applicable when bookings are made via the website)

5. Included Add- Ons – Setup Value Add-ons to apply to WMR (optional. Only applicable if widget is loaded onto website)

6. Exclude Packages – Select packages to exclude from WMR discount. By default, discount is applied to all public packages (Only applicable if widget is loaded onto website)

7. Button Label – Applicable to WMR Booking Widget. Default is Book Direct. This will display on the website widget

8. WMR Widget – Set the Widget and Font colour (optional). Default is Green

9. Discount – Setup a discount to apply to the widget (optional. Only applies when using WMR on website)

10. Channels – Compare direct website rates to upto 5 OTA’s. 

11. Apply Validity – Enter Booking and Stay Dates to which you would like to apply WMR discount (only applicable when widget is loaded on the website)

12. Widget Script – Copy script and load onto the website.

Hit SAVE. Select and embed the Widget Script to your website (top right corner)

Additional Information:

• The WMR Widget is auto populated as a Comparison Widget on Swiftbook.

• All Bookings through the website widget are tracked in INSIGHTS & the BOOKING module under the Corporate Code ‘WMR’

• The Property must embed the WMR Widget onto their website page, for the tool to be most accessible to bookers.

• Option to hide WMR when a Promo Code is applied, simply enable toggle.
