STAAH Max V2 - What is Auto Replenish? How Does it work?
When activated, this feature ensures that your availability is automatically updated in the channel manager when a booking is canceled or modified. The number of rooms released are added to the availability in the channel manager and the updated availability is pushed out to all channels the property is connected to.
Where can it be found:
Login to Max > Property Settings > Auto Replenish
How ro Enable:
Simply click the toggle Bar as highlighted in the below screen shot
Note :
This feature is best suited to properties that do not have a Property Management System (PMS) integrated with the STAAH channel manager. If you have a PMS integrated with channel manager, we recommend that you do not activate Auto-replenish. It is advisable that you manage all availability solely via your PMS.
How does it work:
Once the guest contacts the property, the property can login to STAAH Channel Manager > BOOKINGS and click the 'Cancel button. With the Auto Replenish functionality enabled, the availability will be replenished accordingly and an update is pushed out to all the connected channels.
With the Auto Replenish functionality enabled, modifications or cancellations received from OTAs will reflect accordingly in the channel manager and the availability will subsequently auto-adjust and an update will be pushed out to all connected channels.
