Airbnb Non-Refundable Discounts
Non-Refundable Discounts are only available for listings that use full sync. Non-refundable discounts are actually a type of cancellation policy. If hosts do not want to use full sync through their channel manager, they can set up this discount directly through the Airbnb extranet.
The non-refundable discount is valid for up to 60 days, and the lead time varies depending on the cancellation policy category used. This discount is only valid for 60 days.
available for cancellation policies that meet the following criteria:
• Flexible: 1–60 days
• Moderate: 5–60 days
• Strict: 14–60 days
What does all this mean?
This feature allows hosts to offer lower rates if guests choose to book with non-refundable terms.
On the customer site (Airbnb), guests will see two pricing options:
• Prices with flexible cancellation policy
• Prices with non-refundable cancellation policy
Where is this feature found in the extranet channel manager?
Log in to:
Airbnb Wizard > Tab Availability and Booking Rule > Booking Rules > Cancellation Policy
How to set up Non-Refundable Discount?
The non-refundable discount field will appear automatically if the selected cancellation policy qualifies for this type of discount. Simply add the desired discount percentage.
IMPORTANT :
This type of discount is only supported if the host uses the FULL SYNC integration through a channel manager. If not using FULL SYNC, hosts can set up discounts directly through the Airbnb extranet.
