How to configure?

Create the Member rate code via MAX extranet

  • Booking Engine
  • Menu > Hot links
  • Corporate code > Member rate
  • Promo name and code are pre-populated and non-editable
  • Simply select discount type and add discount amount > Save

Booking engine display

Complete Member rate setup and enable newsletter subscription. The Member rate is automatically visible on the Booking engine.

Additional information:
  1. Property can view member rate bookings by searching MBR promo code
  2. Enable newsletter subscription - need to check if this should be enabled to view on BE
