**Preferred UpsellingPartner ~ A partner who is working with STAAH and has established an integration

Who can use this feature?
  1. Properties subscribed to MAX
  2. Must be subscribing to product via a Upselling partner (Arrange directly with Upselling partner)

Where is the Upselling Partner feature found?

      1.       Login to MAX extranet > Setting cog > $ Booster

      2.       In $ Booster Module > Select Upselling Partner

      3.       Accept Terms & Conditions > Click on Accept

      4.       On submit, it will trigger an email to inform Upselling partner that there is a request for                         connection.  At this point, status is ‘Setup’

IMPORTANT

Enabling connection to Upselling Partner means the property is granting permission to the selected Upselling partner to retrieve guest information to use for up-selling purposes.

Upselling Partner has to send an API call to confirm connection and change status to live. Once the status is LIVE,  the partner can start to pull booking data.

Property can deactivate connection anytime. This action will trigger a notification to Upselling partner and remove the connection in MAX  extranet. Upselling partner will no longer be able to pull booking data.

An Upselling partner can also stop supplying services to the property. They simply make an API call and change the status to ‘Terminate’. The status will be reflected in MAX extranet
