Installing and Setting up the STAAH App on your Mobile Phone

The STAAH Mobile App allows a User to manage their property on the go.
The Mobile App provides properties with access to update/manage:
  1. View and adjust availability (if not connected to a PMS)
  2. Adjust rates (if rates are managed through STAAH)
  3. View and make bookings


Installing/Setting up the STAAH APP on your Mobile phone :

  1. Find the “Play Store” App on your Mobile device.
  2. Type STAAH in the Search Bar and select STAAH.
  3. Click on the “Install” Button.
  4. Click Accept > once installed select Open.

You will then need to enter your STAAH Account credentials. This is a one-time login only. For future use, you will login using a PIN.
Once entered, click Sign In, which will then prompt you to create a 4 digit PIN number.



Create a 4-digit PIN. This will be used to sign in from now on. After you have finished entering your pin, click “Create PIN”.
Once you have logged in, you will see the Homepage-and can successfully start managing your property on the go.

Additional Information :
  1. Only Master Access can log into the Mobile APP
  2. User login is not accessible on multiple devices.
  3. Group login is available via Mobile APP.
  4. Properties within the group are displayed in “Menu” module.
  5. To change property, use the switch property icon – this will display all properties within the group > select required property.
  6. If you have lost your mobile device and unable to access App – please contact your designated Partner Services team.
