STAAH Instant - How Do I Cancel a Booking?
For bookings received through the channels (OTA), it is recommended that the guest contact the OTA directly to cancel their booking, to enable for accurate adjustment of commission to the property.
For bookings received through your STAAH Booking Page on your website, you will need to login to STAAH > go to the BOOKINGS tab> select the respective booking > click CANCEL.
