STAAH Max V2 - What is the Flexible Fee Configuration? How is it useful
Properties will have the option to configure fees based on their preference:
Percentage base - Calculate the fee as a percentage of the total amount.
Fixed amount - Apply a flat fee regardless of the booking total.
Where to set up?
• Booking Engine Module > Settings > Fees
Booking Engine:
• Booking fee is only calculated and displayed in the cart
• The fee is calculated based on the total room amount (Room, Addons, Room Fees, Taxes)
NOTE:
• The fee amount will be included in comments and passed to PMS.
• If the PMS would like the fee amount to be passed in a specific tag, please arrange with the PMS technical team.
