1.    Can property reply to reviews only for some channels, and for some channels it redirects them to respective channel's extranet?
        Yes, currently property can reply to reviews from RM only for Airbnb & Booking.com. For other channels, like Expedia - property is redirected to Expedia's extranet. Our team is working on adding other channels to the list, where replies to reviews can be sent via RM itself.

2.    How long does it take for guest reviews posted on channels to appear within RM?

        It takes 24 hours.

3.    Can property reply to Google reviews from RM?
        Yes, property can reply to Google reviews from RM. More info available here.

4.    How long does it take for various channel's reviews to be fetched within RM?
        Our system fetches reviews from channels every 24 hours.

5.    How can we hide OTAs with low score/rating on RM?
        Select Widget Rating as needed from Settings as shown below.
