1. Can property reply to reviews only for some channels, and for some channels it redirects them to respective channel's extranet? Yes, currently property can reply to reviews from RM only for B.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Google. For other channels, property is redirected to channel's extranet. Our team is working on adding other channels to the list, where replies to reviews can be sent via RM itself.
2. How long does it take for guest reviews posted on channels to appear within RM? We retrieve daily reviews from all portals except for Expedia. Expedia provides us with reviews directly as soon as they are posted on their site.
3. Can property reply to Google reviews from RM? Yes, property can reply to Google reviews from RM. More info available
