STAAH Max - Enhanced Group Management

The Dashboard provides access to the property list, status overview, services, and quick access to various modules.

This update introduces streamlined group‑level management, allowing users to control channels, packages, and key settings more easily, with enhanced security and improved setup visibility.

Property Page Overview:

  • Users can view property status, services, and access key modules.

  • Column Selection allows users to choose which details to display.

  • The default view includes Property ID, Property Name, Status, Plans, and the Functions Menu.

  • As users add more columns, shortcuts for Availability, Bookings, and Channels will appear within the Functions Menu.

  • Frequently accessed modules are available from the left navigation menu.

  • Property Priority Display can be controlled by selecting the display order within Column Selection.

Key Improvements:

  • Access Key & Delete Key Enhancements:
    Access and delete keys are no longer used. An OTP will be sent to the registered login email whenever credit card details are accessed or a deletion is requested.

  • Rate Code Management:
    Rate codes can now be created at the group level and made available for all properties.

  • Activity Log:
    The activity log is now available at the group level, allowing tracking of changes across multiple properties.

  • Smart Pricing:
    Smart pricing can now be configured at the group level.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Policies can be set per property at creation, or applied across multiple properties.


    Linking a payment gateway (PG) to a policy remains available only at the individual property level.

  • Channels:
    Channel setup and visibility are improved at the group level, allowing easier access to view connected channels and proceed with mapping for selected properties.

  • Packages:
    Package setup is streamlined with the ability to create and manage packages at the group level, including linking value‑adds such as promo codes and smart pricing discounts.
