New Feature: STAAH Instant – CRM Partner Integration


STAAH is happy to announce our first integration with a partner that provides Upselling Technology to accommodation providers – Oaky https://www.oaky.com/


How does it work?

  • Property interested in upselling tool, to contact Oaky directly for product information, cost, agreement etc
  • Applicable charges (Subscribing to Oaky)
  • STAAH provides the integration with Oaky to all STAAH Instant subscribers at no additional cost
  • Once contract established with Oaky, simply proceed to enable connection for Oaky via STAAH extranet

Who can use this feature?

  • STAAH Instant users
  • Must be subscribing to Oaky product (To arrange directly with Oaky)

Where is the CRM Partner feature found?


  1. Login to STAAH extranet -> Hover over Instant -> Click on CRM Partner  
  2. ​         
  1. In CRM Module > Select CRM Partner             
  1. Accept Terms & Conditions > Click on Submit            
  1. Once you submit, it will trigger an email to inform Oaky that connection enabled.

IMPORTANT

Enabling connection to CRM Partner means property is granting permission to the selected CRM partner to retrieve guest information to use for up selling purposes.
