Cancellation Policy & Terms of Stay
For those that use the STAAH ConvertDirect Booking Engine, it is essential that you setup your Payment Terms and Bookings Terms. The Payment Terms are displayed on the Booking Page to be accepted before the booking is completed. The Booking Terms generally include your Cancellation Policy and are printed on the Booking notification once a booking is made.
We strongly recommend that you fill these fields out with all the conditions of stay, that you require your booker to be aware of.
You will find the setup of these conditions under the CONVERTDIRECT tab in the STAAH Extranet.
