STAAH Max - Agoda Content
Agoda has enhanced API. The new enhancement allows property to create room and/or rate plan directly in Channel manager. Once created, Channel manager will send details to Agoda. No more logging into Agoda to repeat the same process, it can all be done via Channel manager
What is available?
• Map to an existing room type or rate plan setup on Agoda
• Create a new type to list on Agoda (new)
• Create a new plan and link to an existing room type on Agoda (new)
• Update basic room information (new)
• Update basic rate plan information (new)
Where do I find this feature?
• Setup
• Channels
• Mapping
• Select ‘Agoda’ from the channel drop down menu
• Click ‘Map a room’ On click you will see a pop-up with 2 options.
The following options apply when there is no mapping in place for the selected room type.
Map to an existing room / rate plan on Agoda
a. Room and rate plan is already created on Agoda and you want to connect to Channel manager
b. On click, you are diverted to mapping pop-up.
c. Select ‘Agoda’ room type from drop down, and continue to follow prompts
Select or Create New room / rate plan on Agoda
a. Room is available in Channel manager and not on Agoda, or you want to create a new rate plan on Agoda for this room type.
b. On click, you will see option to Manage content for an existing room on Agoda or Create a new room.

• Simply select the Agoda room type from drop down menu.
• Click Next, which will divert you to mapping pop-up.
Create new room / rate plan on Agoda.
Room information tab:
• Follow prompts in wizard to complete room type setup
• Where possible, channel manager will auto populate data if setup in room type module (i.e description)
Rate information tab: This module will have 2 options
a. Map an existing Agoda rate plan
b. Create new rate plan
Option 1: Map to an existing Agoda rate plan
• Select rate code from drop down menu
• Click Map, to divert to rate plan wizard. Data is prepopulated based on setup in Agoda. Update where required
• Save
• Next - this will then send data to Agoda to verify
Option 2: Create new rate plan on Agoda
• Click ‘Add new rate plan’ to divert to rate plan wizard.
• Complete form
• Save
• Next – this will then send data to Agoda to verify
• Click finish to close pop-up
Update room and rate plan information applies to room types/rate plans mapped and were created from channel manager
• Click ‘Map a room’
• Update room / rate plan on Agoda
o Room information tab – update as required
o Rate information – update as required
• Save & Next
• Next – this will then send data to Agoda to verify
• Click finish to close pop-up
